The Focused Dialogue and Ongoing Practice services offered through this website are personal experience-sharing engagements. They are not professional healthcare services, physiotherapy consultations, clinical dietary advice, or any form of regulated therapeutic treatment. All content shared in sessions represents personal perspective and opinion only, drawn from my own practice. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
A booking is confirmed once I have acknowledged your enquiry, agreed scheduling has been established, and (where applicable) payment has been completed. I reserve the right to decline any booking at my sole discretion. In such cases, any payment already received will be returned in full.
A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any booked session. Cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session time are non-refundable, except where both parties agree on a replacement date within 30 days. In the event that I need to cancel, I will offer a full refund or an alternative date at your preference.
The Practice Field Guide is a digital product delivered electronically following confirmed payment. As a delivered digital product, it is non-refundable once the files have been accessed, except in cases where the files are demonstrably defective or inaccessible due to an error on my part, in which case I will supply corrected files or issue a full refund at my discretion.
All purchased digital materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use exclusively. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share with other individuals, or adapt the materials for any other purpose without prior written permission from me.
All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT where required by law. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the point of booking or purchase. I do not store, process, or have direct access to payment card details.
Please contact me at hello@siverskittelson.com if you believe there is an error in the amount charged before raising a chargeback with your payment provider. I will address billing issues promptly and fairly.
